Ethylene pyrolysis technology and equipment

It mainly includes the quench exchanger and the burner. The quench exchanger, also called transfer line exchanger (TLE), which is the central part, works to cool down the pyrolysis gas as soon as possible to stop secondary reaction, reduce olefin loss, and reclaim more heat. The burner is the part that provides the heat.

Product features

1.The quench exchanger has high heat strength and can stand very harsh working conditions as the temperature and pressure in and out of it are both vastly different.

2. There are the diffusion burner, the semi-premix burner, and premix burner. By grading the fuel, recycling the fume, they lower the flame temperature and reduce the NOx produced, so as to meet the demands for burning capacity, flame structure, and NOx emissions.

Application scope

The quench exchanger and the burner have been put into use in several sets of million-ton ethylene systems.
