Technology and equipment for polymer post-processing

The polymer post-processing technology and equipment are based on the twin-screw extruder. They are at the core of Tianhua Institute’s product and technology portfolio. With independently developed technologies for fully self-cleaning screws, the equipment has more evenly distributed screws and excellent mixing and milling performance, good for the processing of all kinds of highly adhesive materials.

The product series include a high-performance unit and a super-high-performance unit. Supported by high-throughput head, high-performance torque distribution gearbox, and high-strength mandrel, the products deliver stable performance with matured technologies and high flexibility, and has a very wide application scope. 

Application scope 

The products apply mainly in polymer mixing and modification, solvent removal, continuous reaction, extrusion and granulation in the downstream of the petrochemical industry, new material industry, and coal chemical industry; meanwhile, they apply also to the continuous formation of lightweight foaming materials, membranes, fibers, and polymer tubes and sheets.
